Take a culinary journey at this dinner with chef David Tsirekas,  renowned for iconic venues such as Perama, Xanthi and 1821. The event is inspired by the book Greek Cafes and Milk Bars of Australia by Leonard Janiszewski and Effy Alexakis and by David’s own experiences. The venue, Steki, is where David first rattled the pans at the age of 15 when it was run by his sister Ula. This menu was recently presented at the Australian Embassy in Greece, where distinguished guests were told the story of the huge impact of Greeks on the hospitality industry in Australia.
